Ever notice
when you feel fear seeping in
there is a caved-in feeling,
a feeling of contraction,
a withdrawing inwardly,
a ‘go crawl down a hole’
feeling,
heated up on the insides fire of fear
in the belly–whoa OMG,
that can cause
temporary thought paralysis,
dim focusing,
spaceyness,
lack of clear headedness,
g foggy consciousness,
monotone voice of shutting down
and putting up barriers.
Temporary relief can
smooth over contraction,
gratitude,
EFT,
ho’oponopono
can reduce these crazy symptoms of fear.
Ultimately,
to allow the fear to pass through
is the quickest and most straight-line focused
really effective way to get fear out of my system…
just let it be there,
acknowledge it and
allow it to move on through
and out….
and what comes in and replaces fear
quickly?

and
all is well again,
all is definitely well.
Love and fear are opposites…
let the fear pass through my body
as it seems to have stored up after 44 years
so when it comes up out of the cells
and body,
I say hi fear,
feel it,
and no it isn’t easy to feel it and allow it
because I contract and become it,
yet I
acknowledge it,
breathe deeply
and watch it pass.
I end this fear rant
with my all-time favorite quote on fear said by some writer in the UK, I believe,
“FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY!”
