I am
into
staying upbeat and positive.
When I do
maintain an attitude that
holds gratitude and happiness at the forefront,
wonderful things happen.
We have all experienced putting out good and watching good come back,
basic as it sounds
we need reminding on occasion.
Alot of folks in my part of the world
are struggling,
either
emotionally,
financially,
spiritually,
physically,
or in relationships.
Here in the northlands,
we have been in the winter zone since
November,
no Vitamin D being made on our skin–
yikes I really think that impacts our immune systems
and our emotional well-being–
everyone is begging
Spring to come forth.
It has been a long winter.
Pain-body is not understood
or allowed to be there and to be
observed,
instead ego turns pain-body into
a negative pattern and
the vulnerability of this state
can cause an overflow of negative
reactions.
It is hard to be around folks that
are bummed out.
I have to stay in positive mode,
continually lift myself up to the gold zone
of happy,
of positive,
of feel good now mode!
This takes extra energy at times,
but the results are well worth it.
It works,
it is contagious,
it rubs off on others.
Today in MN
the temps travel to the 50s,
folks definitely are brighter
and have an extra bounce in their step.
The snow is almost gone,
and the air is clean.
It is definitely a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
We’re feelin’ good.
Hope you are, too.
Here’s a Hicks quote that sums up envisioning which involves
being happy and feeling good:
“Once you start deliberately offering thought, then you can never offer enough action to keep up with the thought. Once you access the Energy that creates worlds, a huge vortex comes into place, and there’s just not enough action for you to keep up with that. And so, what you have to do is visualize every step of the way, envision you happy in the process. Envision things in place, envision people catching on. Just envision it working. Skip over the how and the where and the when and the who — and just stay focused upon the what and the why.” Abraham/ Hicks
