A friend mentioned  that his

guts and head were uneasy and

not in agreement with his heart.

Well, the heart rules, I tell you,

go with the heart.

The heart is the core of our essence,

where our intuitive or subconscious self is alive and well

and knows all the answers.

Ask the heart  a question.

Leave it be for spell.

The answer will come in some form

in its own time…a few days or so…
