I am grounded

in love

and rooted

in trust

and

connected

to the flow.

I allow change to

wash over me,

I meet resistence

with love,

I fall head over heals

to a place

of calm

acceptance

of this moment.

I am alive,

full of energy

surging through me.

The force that grounds me

is love.

The more I love and accept

myself  and my humanness,

the more I love and accept others

and the giving flows out of me,

to give, to connect,

to grow, to change,

to reach out to another

and send love.

It is in this presence of

essence

that

I see clarity

and

witness

miracles.
