I got the flu this week.
I am not immune
despite continuous pumping of
perfect organic produce and
exquisite supplements of every kind.
I have access to everything as owner of
a health food store and of course,
I take advantage of this fact.
However,
after many sleepless nights with
my three youngest children as
they each went through a bout of
the chicken pox over the past three weeks,
not to mention the stress involved
with expanding and moving my
healthfood store/deli/juice and smoothie bar,
the flu crept in.
I am responsible 100% in fact
for everything I attract into my life.
Why the flu?
To slow down?
To focus in?
To listen to the messages from my physical body?
To have lots of quiet alone time and go within?
To rest?
To take a break from socializing?
The flu has been rampant in my community.
I go to work during the day because I feel good
enough.
I am not my usual upbeat self.
However, I am more attentive and focused
on the task at hand.
And I am listening better with a deepness that is new.
At night, I am hit with a fever and a sore throat.
I get to bed early.
I’ve received massages and chiropractic adjustments.
Friends make me soup,
walk my dog, Carl,
change the oil in my van,
do my dishes,
and shovel the snow for me.
Wow, how grateful I am to have such wonderful
people in my life that love and nurture me.
Super fantastic I’m telling you!
I love my body’s ability to respond to the
virus within me and
I express my gratitude for this.
I cry when I feel weary and ache all over and am sick of being sick,
I release all the negative emotions within me.
I focus on what I want.
I desire wellness and visualize myself being 100% well.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to feel what others feel who
are under the weather.
I tap on my aches and do EFT , I clear the blocked energy
and I eat the most pristine food.
Ho’oponopono continues to be
my favorite way to clean the stuck
known and unknown energy/blocks
within me.
All day long I clean
by saying
I love you,
I’m sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
and it connects me with the Divine.
The more I clean,
the more I connect with the Divine
and the more I receive inspiration
to take action…
a nudge to call my sister,
a nudge to email a friend,
a nudge to go for a walk,
a nudge to take action on
the current project at hand,
a nudge to drink some tea
with lemon, honey and cayenne.
And I act now,
and I act fast
upon receiving the nudge.
Just allowing the receiving of the nudge
is a skill in and of itself to develop.
And to tune in and act
is a habit to create,
Inspiration from the Divine
never fails me.
Clearing the blocks daily around everything
and even the things I don’t remember
that are stored as memories in my cells
contributes to my physical, emotional,
and spiritual well-being.
Saul Maraney has done something pretty dang
amazing.
He offers a thorough and
clear summarization of Dr. Hew Len’s
perspective on Ho’oponopono

I clear stuck energy and
look forward to this virus leaving my body
and the return of my usual
high powered frequencies
that tap into the Universal Love Energy.
In the meantime,
I am grateful for the tools to clear my stuck energy
that I have in my soul bag of tricks…
I am grateful that I have a body that
speaks to me,
and I’m grateful that I
tune in and listen to it.
With Easter tomorrow
comes a day of rest,
which I look forward to
more than you will ever know.
I love you.
